These terms describe QPing during early access. The app is under active development and currently uses a development database. Contact support before relying on it for essential business records.
1. The current QPing release
QPing is being developed to help local businesses manage queues, customer records, services, visits, payments, and communication. Contact QPing at [email protected].
The app saves business records to Supabase and requires an internet connection for live queue updates and writes. This website’s product examples are illustrative and are not a live business dashboard.
During early access, Do not rely on it as your only record of a customer, payment, visit, or business transaction.
2. Appropriate use
You are responsible for information you enter and for having permission to use it. Do not use QPing to send unwanted communications, misrepresent payments, enter information you are not entitled to use, or interfere with another person’s privacy.
Use sample information when exploring features. QPing is intended for business administration; it is not a clinical decision tool, medical records system, financial adviser, or substitute for required professional records.
3. Business records and payments
QPing is designed to help record customer payments and outstanding balances. Recording a payment is not proof that funds have been received. Confirm transactions independently with the customer and your payment provider.
The current app does not process or transfer customer money. You remain responsible for your business’s services, prices, receipts, taxes, disputes, customer permissions, and records.
Keep independent copies of essential records and verify any exported files before relying on them.
4. Plans and subscriptions
All QPing subscription plans include all features. The only difference is the number of customer visits allowed per month: Free is ₹0 for 50 visits; Starter is ₹199 for 250 visits; Growth is ₹499 for 1,000 visits; Business is ₹999 for 3,000 visits; Enterprise has custom pricing and a custom visit allowance. The allowance is measured in customer visits rather than unique customers. See the subscription plans for the full comparison.
Contact support for paid-plan enquiries. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund details must be shown before a paid purchase is offered.
5. External services
External platforms, including Google Play, WhatsApp, and your email or payment provider, have their own terms and availability. QPing does not control those services.
A prepared message is not a sent or delivered message. You must review the recipient and message and decide whether to send it yourself.
Availability and changes
The service may change or be unavailable as development continues. Planned features and launch timing are not guarantees. These draft terms do not remove rights available under applicable law.
